Charity campaigner, TV presenter & trauma survivor

Katie Piper is a best-selling international author, inspirational speaker, TV presenter and charity campaigner.

In 2009 she set up The Katie Piper Foundation to help people with burns and scars, which is also actively supported by Simon Cowell. In 2019 they opened the first UK based rehabilitation centre for burns.

Katie made the decision to share her story in a remarkable film called 'Katie: My Beautiful Face' which was watched by over 3.5million viewers and nominated for Best Single Documentary at the BAFTA Television Awards in 2010.

Katie's written seven books, including 'Beautiful' and 'Beautiful Ever After', an affirmations book called ‘Start Your Day With Katie’, and several self-help titles.

As a presenter, she’s involved in a number of TV shows which are shown on ITV, BBC and C4 in the UK and in a number of countries around the world. She has also toured the UK with a one woman show ‘What’s In My Head’ and is set to tour again in 2021.

Katie has partnered with a number of brands to create her own range of products and recently launched her own fragrance in October 2020. She is also the face of a number of global beauty brands including Pantene and L’Oreal.

Katie now regularly shares her experiences, advice and encouragement to help build up self-esteem and find true happiness. Described as an inspirational role model, her bravery and determination have been recognised by being nominated and receiving a number of awards.
